Summer Interns 2009
Jessica Heringer, Megan Trout, & Emily Salvaterra
We have had the privlege this summer to host Jessica & Megan from the University of Notre Dame's MDiv program, as well as Emily, who is participating in Notre Dame's SSLP program and being sponsored by the Portland-area ND Alumni Club. All volunteer positions and internships at the Downtown Chapel provide opportunities for personal formation.

Faith Sharing:
   "Recovery and Faith":
        Every Wednesday, at our 5:05pm
Mass, we converse on issues of
recovery and faith. This is an
        opportunity to share concerns
        struggles, and joys around the
        recovery process. Anointing of the
Sick is also celebrated after Mass.
Please pray for all facing recovery
        from any addiction.
   Sunday Discussion & Coffee:
        Group discussion and sharing
        focusing on the Sunday Mass
        readings. Meets every Sunday
after 10am Mass. All are welcome.
   30-Minute School of Prayer:
On the second Sunday of each
month, we gather after Mass for a
brief reflection on some aspect of
        personal, contemplative prayer.
