Our Hospitality Center is to provide a safe, friendly environment where anyone can spend the morning in peace.
From foot care to haircuts, from clothing to coffee, our focus is to open ourselves to building relationships that speak to Gospel justice.
|About The Hospitality Center
Hospitality, therefore, means primarily the creation of a free space where the stranger can enter and become friend.
Hospitality is not to change people, but to offer them a space where change can take place.
It is not to lead others into a corner where there are no alternatives left, but to a wide spectrum of option for choice and commitment.
Hospitality is not a subtle invitation to adopt the life style of the host, but the gift of chance for the guest to find his or her own."
Monday - Friday 9:15 am to Noon
Volunteers serve bagels & drinks, assist in the clothing closets, and offer friendship and support to our guests.
All are invited to volunteer as much or as little as their schedules allow. No prior experience is necessary… just an open mind.
